During the time that I was lying in the hospital, recovering from a recent operation, Luis Trivino (aka the murderer and child abductor of Diepenbeek) and my daughter Trivino Y Garcia Caramen (alias Matiyapak Caramen) made all kind of declarations which were BLATANT LIES.
I engaged a lawyer in Belgium and launched a lawsuit against Luis Trivino (aka the murderer and child-kidnapper from Diepenbeek) for "Defamation and Kidnapping".
But after 3 years of court hearings and investing a lot of money, all the court cases against Luis Trivino (aka the murderer and child-kidnapper from Diepenbeek) were dismissed by the courts.
The courts had even the guts to condemn me to pay my brother for dragging him to court as all the cases were dismissed by the same courts.
This file is only a summary and the real goofy of the Belgian Courts is too big to write in this document.
The Pandemie of Corona Virus and my health did not allow me to go to Belgium to get MY RIGHTS on this BLATANT DEFAMATION.
But this year, the world is softening the rules and Covid-19, and I seek to return to Europe and get my rights.

Correction: - Trivino Inge's Epilepsy was congenital and this was stated by different specialized doctors.
My own brother Manolo also suffered from Epilepsy.
- Kim's suicide (Luis' son) was due to Trivino Luis "bossy mood".
This mood was also the cause of the suicide attempt of my daughter.
- My father was never involved in a "drug trade".

Your patient recently underwent restoration of his abdominal aortic anuerysm by means of a classic trouser prosthesis via thoracophrenolaparotomy. He was admitted through the emergency department with a pleural effusion on the left.
Conclusion
Initially, your patient was admitted to the intensive care unit. For a detailed report, we refer to their separate letter.
We retain :
Acute renal insufficiency, resolution under adequate filling. It is suspected to be prerenal renal insufficiency. Ultrasound abdomen negative.

Strict monitoring of blood pressure: systolic <140mmHg and diastolic <90mmHg.
Provisional Clexanne 40 mg 2x/day further. Marcoumar stopped for the time being until the patient has recovered more.
Other home medication further.
Flight ban for 8 weeks.

The youth police, the youth court, and several other instances came up with the excuse that "my daughter was refusing to communicate with me.
Even if I would decide to fly to Belgium in September 2019, to visit my daughter after a failed suicide attempt, the answer from several instances and even the madhouse that "my daughter would refuse to communicate with me.
Strange enough, after the embracement at the court, my daughter started to communicate with me trough email and wrote in the remaing 3 months 50 emails to me.
In 2020, she wrote 79 emails to me.
Strange indeed (or would all these instances have been lying about my daughter to cover the goofy decisions the had made already?).
It was obvious that my daughter claimed that "she was staying in Belgium of her own free will" as long as she had nobody around her to protect her.
No need to be a "Doctor Honoris Causa" to see what was happening there.

On Friday, 13 September 2019, I received an email from Mss. Mortier Hilde at the youth court about a suicide attempt of my daughter.
After more than 10 months not having any contact with my daughter and the different instances having received a complaint of this from me and my lawyer, at no aval, she assumed that I was aware of the situation of my daughter and knew what was going on between my daughter and Luis Trivino (aka the murderer and child-kidnapper from Diepenbeek).
Although I was Physically not in a condition to make a trip to Belgium, I called a friend to take care of my house (empty every day the mailbox; give water to my garden; feed my fishes, etc.) and took a last minute airplane to Belgium.
I was offered residence at a friends house, Jef De Groof, during my stay in Belgium.
He would also provide the necessary transport.
Arrived in Belgium, visit to my daughter was refused by the Mental Hospital and I needed to ask first permission to Mss. Mortier Hilde.
As it was weekend, nobody could be reached before Monday and every attempt to contact a person in charge was fruitless.
Finally, on Monday, I received an email from Mss. Hilde Mortier that she was ill with the flu but she had already contacted the Mental Health hospital and gave the hospital the order to let me visit my daughter.
Unfortunatly, the email arrived very late and there was a court case about my daughter planned on Tuesday in Antwerp.
We went the next day to the court, much to the astonishing of my brother Luis Trivino (aka the murderer and child-kidnapper from Diepenbeek) where I meet for the first time my lawyer.
As we were waiting to enter the court room, my daughter came also to the court, escorted like a prisonner by Mss. Fatima-Zahra Fennane from the Foster Care.
Her hair was lose and looked as it wasn't brushed for weeks and her clothes were old and not cleaned for ages.
A few minutes later, we were called into the court room, and the judges were also astonished to see that I had made a trip to Belgium.
I retrained myself from harming anybody, specially my brother and his wife, and the case was finished with the complete ban of my brother and his wife to see my daughter again and my daughter would be completely taking care of by the Belgian authorities.
The Belgian authorities would also provide housing facilities for my daughter.
On leaving the court, I was having a few words with my lawyer, when my daughter was escorted out of the meeting by Mss. Fatima-Zahra Fennane from the Foster Care.
But when my daughter was few metres away from the hearing room, she managed to free herself from the grip of Mss. Fatima-Zahra Fennane and ran to me clutching herself to my neck and starting to cry.
Everybody at the court was witnessing this and shaking their heads in disbelief.

As I was back in Thailand, 10,000 miles away from Belgium, and I still wanted to have my daughter back (or at least staying with GOOD Foster Parents) I decided to engage a lawyer in Belgium in 2019.
Until then, Luis Trivino (aka the murderer and child-kidnapper from Diepenbeek), his wife Mina Pino and the youth department had been doing as they wanted with my daughter as they knew that I was back in Thailand and not fit to fly to Belgium for every fart from them.
On my demand, as Luis Trivino (aka the murderer and child-kidnapper from Diepenbeek), was already blocking 6 months every communication from me (or anybody in Thailand), I asked my lawyer took take the case out of the hands of the youth department and shift it to the Courts.
A day later I received an email from Luc Brummans from the Youth Department and Els Gevaert from the Police department, begging me to let them handle the case with my daughter and they would take action from that day on.
Needless to say that I stood firm and refused to let them handle the case further.
In that email he wrote that "he had also problems with the attitude of Luis Trivino (aka the murderer and child-kidnapper from Diepenbeek)".

We would have preferred to start foster care much earlier ourselves.
After all, from the first meeting in November with you and Luis and Caramen, we made it clear that we would install foster care, among other things, with the aim of ensuring that communication between you and Caramen BACK runs normally. We see foster care as extra care and guidance for Caramen, because the task of foster care is to investigate whether Caramen is in a good environment.
However, you are talking about taking the step to court through a lawyer. That is of course your every right.
It is true that you cannot go to the juvenile court yourself, not even through a lawyer. Only from our department, the OCJ, can we refer a file (via the Public Prosecutor's Office) to the Juvenile Court.
So if you maintain that you cannot agree with our proposal, i.e. foster care counseling for your brother, and do not want to give it a chance anymore to see whether we can still get some movement through the foster care that has been started to improve contact between you and your daughter, we respect your opinion and will take the step to juvenile court.

On July 11, 2018, barely 1 month before we went to Belgium, my daughter Carmen was chatting with a schoolfriend.
The schoolfriend wanted "to play" with my daughter.
The schoolfriend was the son of a farmer (living in the fields).
I had the experience before where my mailbox was filled regularly by boys who wanted to have "sex with Samui (my daughter)" and I told my daughter that she could play with that boy, but only at my house where I can keep an eye on them.
The answer from the boy was that he couldn't find anybody to bring him to my house.
The answer from my daughter was:
